- Ask to see a warrant signed by a judge
- You have the right to remain silent
- Say: "I want to speak to a lawyer"
- Do NOT sign anything

What to do if ICE arrests you:
- DO NOT answer questions - Say: "I want to remain silent"
- DO NOT sign anything - Not documents, not forms, nothing
- Ask for a lawyer immediately - Say: "I want to speak to my lawyer"
- DO NOT lie - Silence is better than lying
- DO NOT say where you were born - You don't have to answer
- Memorize emergency contact numbers - Or keep a card in your wallet
- Ask to make a phone call - Call family or a lawyer
Remember: Anything you say CAN and WILL be used against you in immigration court.
